got my backstrap..ready to cook..

 

been a lil while..any ideas..

 

throw it in a pan on high..then lower the heat..??

we wrap in bacon & do low & slow on he grill as our #1 or just cut into 1/2 inch slices , salt n pepper and sear in a pan with bacon grease..

I love Dale's. I even use it on burgers.
