Wow. That is a freaking fortune for a guy that is not starting material. That is a terrible think to hear as a Vikes fan. You suck it up and do the best you can with what you got and what you can get from cuts, take your top 5 draft pick next year and focus on building around Bridgewater for 2017. Very disappointing.

Not a good time to be a Vikes fan.  They won't make the playoffs with Bradford and giving up a first and fourth for a one year rental seems crazy.  Better to waste this year and build for the future.

I wonder if Bridgewater is looking at the end of his career. I read that this injury has that potential. I hope not. I like him.

Far too early to speculate on that.

Not a Bradford fan but who has been really successful for the Rams or Eagles lately. Is he bad or has he just been on bad teams?

Dumbest trade made in awhile.  The Vikings panicked over the new stadium being empty and will regret this.

Just saying, you don't give up a 1st and a 4th for a one year bandaid.

You do if you believe the window is closing. Unlike some in here I don't believe Bridgewater can carry this team. AP is the team and he is coming to the end of his career.

Bridgewater injury is career threatening....the injury was horrific.  His leg, from the knee down, was facing in the wrong direction...

I have a very good source on this one...

it'd have to be brutally serious for the Vikqueens to give away a first rnd for Bradford..that being said Bradford threw some pretty nice looking passing even after his hand got buggered up.

He played for the Rams for 4 years and was freaking injured for nearly 3 of those years. A first round and fourth pick for an oft-injured QB is dumb as hell. He'll be injured again soon enough in Minnesota. Trust me.

I'm in South City (North Hampton) currently and work downtown right by the Dome at America's Center. I saw a lot of Rams games while they were here but only if the Chiefs weren't on at the same time of course.
