I always thought flu shots were intended for children, the elderly and the immune compromised? I’m 35 and I’ve only had the flu once in the past twenty years despite never getting the shot.
I'd agree with that. Also anyone that works in the health field in general needs one. It's a great service he's helping provide to those people who do need it. But as a healthy person from say from 15-60, i see no reasonable reason to intentionally inject yourself with a virus. Heck I know people who say they don't feel well for a few days after doing it sometimes. If I'm going to intentionally make myself feel bad, it's going to be with a different type of shot.
Now if someone wants to show me something really compelling otherwise. I'd listen. But I've never taken a flu shot and haven't had the flu in many years. Knock on wood.
